Our story
A decade of taking on the work nobody wants first.
Most of our jobs start before there is anything to look at. Bush to be cleared, pile caps to be broken, a site to be filled and compacted until it can carry a load. It is unglamorous work, and doing it properly is the difference between a structure that stands and one that argues with the ground underneath it.
Immalex Maintenance Solutions Limited has been doing that work across Lagos and its environs for over ten years, and staying on afterwards to build what comes next — high and low rise, commercial, institutional, boundary walls and drainage.
We are indigenous and locally owned, registered as RC 1152704, and we work to the codes and certifications the industry expects.
